The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 21.11.2022 (Annexure P-8), passed by respondent No.2, whereby the claim of the petitioner has been partly allowed. Further, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release the retiral benefits wrongly withheld, to the petitioner, along with interest @ 18% per annum from the date of retirement i.e. 31.03.2021, till actual date of payment. 2.
