In compliance to the order dated 06.11.2024 passed by this Court, learned State counsel has produced a copy of the letter dated 12.05.2026 addressed to The Additional Chief Secretary to Govt. of Haryana, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department, Chandigarh by The Director General-cum- Cane Commissioner, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department, Haryana, Panchkula, which is taken on record, conclusion whereof reads thus: “ The facts given above on both the enquiries, depicts that the KCC loan to the farmers was given as per the guidelines of RBI during the period of 2014-15, 2015-16 & 2016-17 and on prima facie there was no Embezzlement of government money during KCC loan to the farmers.
