The present revision petition has been filed seeking setting aside of the order dated 04.05.2026, passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bahadurgarh, whereby an interim injunction has been granted against the petitioner, allegedly in violation of the provisions of Order XX XIX Rule 1 and 2 CPC. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after addressing arguments for some time, submits that he would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the learned Trial Court to decide the application for interim injunction on its own merits, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the parties, within a stipulated and short time frame. 3.
