The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to release payment with respect to work carried out by it for the respondent along with interest. 2. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 6 submits that competent authority would consider petitioner’s claim and if any admitted liability is found, it would be discharged within 3 months from today. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent may be subjected to interest @ 6% per annum. 4.
