Though notice of motion has not been issued, Mr.Vinish Singla, Advocate had caused appearance on first call and had submitted that execution proceedings are being adjourned on account of the pendency of the present revision petition. 4. Since no one has caused appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the case having been called twice, it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present petition.
