The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of appropriate directions to the learned Additional District Judge, Sonepat, for expeditious disposal of the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 05.07.2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sonepat.
