The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of award dated 16.12.2025 whereby Insurance Ombudsman, Chandigarh has awarded a sum of Rs.1,99,810/- to the respondents. 2. Ms. Varsha Sharma, Advocate has appeared and filed memorandum of appearance on behalf of respondent No.2. The same is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3. The respondent on 18.05.2024 purchased a policy from petitioner. The validity period of the policy was from 18.05.2024 to 17.05.2025. The sum insured was Rs.10,00,000/-. It was under Star Health Assure Insurance Scheme. The petitioner on 05.07.2024 excluded Dr. Ravindra Maternity and General Hospital, Panipat from the list of designated SUDEEPAK KUMAR
