By way of present petition filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023, petitioners herein are seeking quashing of order dated 18.04.2026 (Annexure P-4), passed by learned JMIC, Kharar, in case NACT No.76 of 2025, CNR No.PBSAA10012672025, registered on 13.03.2025, vide which, petitioners have been directed to deposit the amount equivalent to 20% of the cheque amount. 2.
