The present civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 16.03.2026 passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Meham, whereby the evidence of the petitioner–plaintiff was closed by order of the Court. 2. Briefly stated, the petitioner, M/s Shakti Fertilizers & Chemicals, instituted a suit for recovery of Rs. 1,50,706/- along with interest @ 18% per annum. Upon notice, the respondent appeared through counsel and filed a written statement contesting the suit.
