As a cancellation report has been submitted on 20.04.2026, the present petition seeking quashing of the FIR is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 3. Needless to say, in the event the said report is not accepted and an inculpatory report is subsequently submitted against the petitioner, he shall be at liberty to approach this Court once again, if so advised.
