The present petition has been filed by the petitioner/plaintiff under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, assailing the order dated 09th April, 2026, passed by the learned Trial Court in CS (COMM) No. 225/2023, whereby the application filed by the petitioner/plaintiff under Order XVIII Rule 17 read with Order XVI Rule 1 and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, (‘CPC’) seeking summoning of witnesses has been dismissed. 3.
