(Oral) The instant petition has been filed for seeking quashing of order dated 14.01.2026 passed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Gurugram in case No. CRA-51-2026 titled as “M/s Puran Murti Educational Society and another versus Shriniwas Sharma” arising out of case No. NACT/34445/2022 instituted on 16.05.2022 decided on 15.12.2025, whereby the petitioner has been directed to deposit of 20% of the compensation amount as imposed by trial Court. 2.
