Thus, for ensuring the continuation of the lis, the substitution of the legal heir of the deceased respondent No.4 is imperative. Thus, the application is allowed and the sole legal heir of respondent No.4, as detailed in paragraph 2 of the application, is ordered to be substituted in her place in the array of respondents.
