The present petition, has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by M/s Novartis India Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Petitioner/Management”), assailing the Award dated 24.02.2015 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court–XIX, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the “Labour Court”) in LIR No. 547/2011. 2.
