(Oral) (1) The petitioners had filed an appeal to challenge therein adjudication order dated 31.03.2023 (Annexure P-2) which appeal of petitioners was dismissed for the reason that the petitioners had not made the requisite pre-deposit. Such order of the appellate authority is under challenge through this petition. (2) At the outset, learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that he has clear instructions from the petitioners that they are ready and willing to make the pre-deposit in accordance with the applicable provisions.
