The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to remove/deactivate the blacklist/lock status of its vehicles. 2. As per petition, the petitioner has purchased five vehicles which are used for commercial purposes. The Regional Transport Officer, Patiala vide order dated 08.06.2025 locked/blocked registration certificate of its vehicles on the Vahan Portal. The petitioner has valid insurance cover of its vehicles. He has filed a spate of representations as well as serve legal notice upon respondent but to no avail. 3.
