The present Petition, filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, seeks the appointment of a Sole Arbitrator in terms of Agreements for Tie-UP Manufacture of IMFL Products dated 31.03.2015 and 31.03.2017 (subsequent renewals of the Agreement dated 31.03.2017)2 for the purpose of resolution of disputes inter se the parties. 2.
