The present Petition, filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, seeks the appointment of a Sole Arbitrator in terms of Agreements for Tie-UP Manufacture of IMFL Products dated 31.03.2015 and 31.03.2017 (subsequent renewals of the Agreement dated 31.03.2017)2 for the purpose of resolution of disputes inter se the parties. 2. The Dispute Resolution clause being Clause 32 as set out in the said Agreements reads as under: “32.
