The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent No.2 to proceed with and dispose of its claim petition No.ED-2025-0003150 filed under section 18 of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (for short ‘MSMED Act’) in a time bound manner. 2. The petitioner is an MSME engaged in the manufacturing of electrical equipment including high-tension switchgear panels. It delivered 2 panels to respondent No.4 and raised invoice dated 29.04.2023 of Rs.37,87,800/-. A sum of Rs.17,33,900/- is outstanding against the respondent No.4. It filed application before respondent No.2- Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council on 28.11.2025 seeking redressal but the same has not been listed till date.
