(Oral) (1) It is not disputed that the author of the impugned adjudication order dated 04.02.2026 did not afford any opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and that personal hearing was granted to the petitioner by an officer who did not pass the impugned adjudication order. (2) In the light of the above, the impugned adjudication order dated 04.02.2026 is found to be in gross violation of the principles of natural justice and is therefore, set aside. However, liberty is granted to the respondent-State to proceed afresh against the petitioner in accordance with law. (3) The petition is allowed in the above terms. (4) No costs.
