The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 13.04.2026 (Annexure P-10) whereby respondent has rejected its application dated 30.10.2025 for extension of load. It is further seeking setting aside of final assessment orders for unauthorized use of electricity. It is also seeking direction to respondent not to disconnect electricity connection. 2. The petitioner is a partnership firm operating under the name and style of M/s Aadil Poultry. The respondent-PSPCL vide notice dated 01.12.2022 alleged theft of electricity and directed it to deposit Rs.10 lakhs as penalty.
