Mr. Roshandeep Singh, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab. *** MANISHA BATRA, J (ORAL):- The instant one is the second petition filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) by the petitioner seeking grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No. 52 dated 29.03.2024 registered under Sections 21(c), 25, 27-A and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short, ‘NDPS Act’), Section 25 of Arms Act and Section 201 of IPC at Police Station Chheharta, District Amritsar. His previous petition bearing CRM-M-No. 58284-2025 had been dismissed vide order dated 09.12.2025. 2. As per the allegations, on 29.03.2024, accused Gagandeep Singh @ Gagan, Charanjit Singh @ Charan and Harmandeep Singh @ Harman @ Happy were apprehended on the basis of secret information, and recovery of PARVEEN SHARMA 2026.05.19 18:36 I attest to the accuracy and
