By way of this application, under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 [“BNSS”], read with Section 45 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 [“PMLA”], the petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with ECIR/54/DLZO-II/2021, dated 08.08.2021, under Sections 3 and 4 of the PMLA. 2.
