In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing Order No. 1908-14 dated 19.10.2024 (Annexure P-2), vide which respondent No. 4, namely the Superintendent of Police, Dabwali, has initiated a regular departmental enquiry against the petitioner on the basis of an FIR registered on the same set of allegations under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
