Regular First Appeal under Section 96 read with Order XLI CPC has been filed by the Plaintiff/Appellant whereby his Suit for Compensation/Damages, Mandatory Injunction, Declaration and for Rendition of Accounts, has been dismissed, vide Judgment dated 31.08.2024. 2.
