The present civil writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari/mandamus for setting aside the impugned letter/communication dated 13.03.2025 (Annexure P-12) and 23.12.2025 (Annexure P-16). Further, directing the respondents to extend the benefits of grant of annual increment in the revised ACP to the petitioners from 01.07.2023 instead of 01.01.2024 in accordance with the provisions of the HCS (ACP) Rules, 2016 along with interest @ 14% per annum from the due date i.e. 01.07.2023 till its actual realization. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition after placing on record true typed copies of a
