The prayer in the present petition under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 is for the grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.0413 dated 20.12.2025 registered under Sections 22(c), 29, 61 and 85 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Sadar Dabwali, Haryana. 2. The brief facts of the case are that one Kuldeep Kumar @ Kala was apprehended with 2,95,000 tablets of Tramadol. He disclosed the name of Jaswinder Singh @ Jassi as his colleague. Jaswinder Singh @ Jassi was arrested and disclosed that the petitioner-Lalit Bhushan @ Montu was to buy 1,00,000 tablets. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He contends that the name of the petitioner figured in the disclosure statement of his co- accused. Pursuant to his arrest, no recovery whatsoever had been effected.
