The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 339 dated 12.10.2025 under Sections 115, 308(5), 351(3) of BNS (Section 3(5), 310(2) of BNS added later on) registered at Police Station Shivaji Nagar, District Gurugram and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). 2. This Court vide order dated 13.02.2026 had directed the parties to appear before the trial Court to get their statements recorded and the learned Magistrate was directed to send its report qua the genuineness of the compromise. 3. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, parties have appeared before the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Gurugram and got their statements recorded. On the basis of the statements so
