Present appeal has been preferred by appellants/plaintiffs being aggrieved by judgment and decree dated 14.05.1993 passed by the Sub-Judge Ist Class, Narnaul, vide which, the suit for permanent injunction and declaration preferred by the appellants/plaintiffs was dismissed and by judgment and decree dated 04.06.1998 passed by the District Judge, Narnaul, whereby the first appeal preferred by the appellants/plaintiffs was also dismissed. 2.
