The gravamen of the FIR in question is that the complainant, namey, Gursharan Singh stated that on 26.03.2026, he was present at his house along with his maternal uncle (Massar) Harpal Singh, maternal aunt (Massi) Mandeep Kaur and cousin Princepreet Singh, who had come to visit him.
