Through the instant writ petition, filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners impugn the speaking order dated 28.08.2020 (Annexure P-7), passed by respondent No.2, vide which, their claim was rejected, on the ground that decision dated 01.02.2018 (Annexure P-2) rendered in CWP-7920-2013 (Annexure P-2), was stayed by a Division Bench in LPA-449-2019, preferred by the respondent-State. 2.
