Present petition has been filed praying for quashing of order dated 09.03.2026 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fazilka, vide which the bail bonds of the petitioner has been cancelled in FIR No.84 dated 22.04.2025 under Section 21 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station City-1 Abohar, District Fazilka and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was prosecuted in the abovesaid FIR. She submits that the petitioner was regularly appearing before the learned trial Court, however, he had inadvertently noted the wrong date of hearing and thus, he could not appear before the trial Court.
