Present third petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.86, dated 21.04.2025, under Section 22 of NDPS Act, 1985 and (Sections 22(c), 27 of NDPS Act added later on), registered at Police Station Lambi, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab. 2. First bail petition i.e. CRM-M-50148-2025 was allowed to be withdrawn by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.09.2025 with liberty to file a fresh one, after completion of one year custody period. Interim regular bail petition i.e. CRM-M-68762-2025, was disposed of by granting the interim bail for a period of three days with a direction to surrender back on 12.12.2025, hence, instant petition is the third bail petition. 3.
