The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 21.05.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-11347-2025, whereby, petitioner was directed to provide certain documents to the respondents and the respondents were directed to decide the claim of the petitioner after considering the same. 2. Learned counsel for respondents contends that the documents, which were required to be delivered by the petitioner, were not delivered, therefore, the respondents have passed speaking order dated 28.04.2026. The same is taken on the record. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
