In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for modification of the order dated 22.10.2024 (Annexure P-4) whereby, the pay of the petitioner has not been refixed in the pay scale of Rs.10300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.3600/- w.e.f. 01.12.2011. 2. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Rajinder Kumar, ASI, submits that the pay of the petitioner has now been refixed w.e.f.01.12.2012 in the scale of Rs.10300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.3600/-, as such, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
