(Oral) 1 Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing the impugned order dated 22.05.2024 (Annexure P-5) passed by learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate-cum-Assistant Collector, 1st Grade, Amritsar-2. 2. During the course of hearing of this writ petition, it is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the order impugned in the present writ petition is amenable to appeal/revision, in terms of Sections 13 and 16 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act,1887. However, in order to file the present writ petition before this Court, a wrong declaration has been submitted by the petitioner in paragraph No.14 of the instant writ petition, which reads as under:- “14.
