(Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the Pension Payment Order (PPO) dated 30.04.2025, Annexure P-2, whereby the petitioner’s pension has been wrongly fixed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that at the time of retirement with effect from 30.04.2025, she was drawing pay at the rate of ₹56,700. However, her pension has been fixed vide the impugned PPO by taking the last pay drawn as ₹48,700 plus Dearness Allowance, which is contrary to the Rules. Besides, this was done on the basis of pay fixation order dated 15.07.2019, Annexure P-4, without affording any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
