By way of present writ petition, the short grouse raised on behalf of the petitioner is that she being owner of acquired land as well as the structures existing thereupon at the time of acquisition in terms of Notification dated 05.02.2019 and 09.01.2020 issued under Section 3-A and 3-D of the National Highways Act, 1956 (for short ‘1956 Act’) respectively, followed by an Award dated 30.06.2020 passed under Section 3-G thereof was entitled for amount of compensation with respect to the structures as well, and thus, respondent No.2 was required to pass a supplementary award in this regard.
