The petitioners through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking setting aside of order dated 30.11.2025 whereby a committee constituted under Punjab Compensation to Victims of Animals Attack and Accident Policy, 2023 has rejected their claim. 2. As per petition, the petitioners are family members of Sukhwinder Singh who died in an accident which occurred due to a stray animal. 3.
