In the present petition, the challenge is to the impugned order dated 21.04.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in CRWP-4480-2026 whereby, the petition filed by the appellants herein was dismissed and the appellants have been directed to avail appropriate remedy admissible to them. 2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that though, there is no discrepancy in the impugned order passed by learned Single Judge but, the appellant will be satisfied in case, a direction is given to the police authorities to decide the representation dated 11.04.2026 (Annexure P/3) filed by he appellants wherein, certain apprehensions have been shown qua threat to the life and liberty of the appellants. 3.
