Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of necessary directions to the concerned police authorities for investigation and registration of FIR against the above-mentioned accused persons who accompanied in commission of cognizable offence under Sections 420, 120-B of IPC by committing fraud with the petitioner. Further prayer has been made for quashing the order dated 18.12.2025 vide which the application filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. has been deemed to be rejected. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed complaint/representation dated 03.11.2023 (Annexure P-2) before respondents No.2 to 4 but the same has not been taken into consideration by the said respondents till date. 3.
