The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to decide his complaints dated 26.02.2026 & 23.03.2026, representation dated 11.03.2026 and legal notice dated 23.03.2026 against corrupt practices of Alchemist Hospital, Sector-21, Panchkula. 2. As per pleadings, the petitioner’s mother on 02.02.2026 visited Alchemist Hospital for medical consultation. She despite there being no emergency was admitted and put on non-invasive ventilator. He was forced to sign blank forms/documents. The doctors did not take care of her despite her deteriorating condition. On 19.02.2026, the dialysis was conducted without the presence of any specialist. She passed away on 25.02.2026. The case summaries dated 19.02.2026 and 21.02.2026 are different from
