He submits that petitioner deposited an amount of Rs.15,000/- on 27.12.2023, but did not deposit any amount thereafter. 2. Counsel for the petitioner states that despite best efforts, he has not been able to get any instructions from the petitioner. It seems that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition. 3. Dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioner to seek an application for revival, in case, he intends to follow- up the matter.
