This is a revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 13.04.2026 (Annexure P- 4) passed by the Additional District Judge, Kapurthala. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that inadvertently, order dated 30.07.2018 of which the petitioner is aggrieved of, has not been challenged and has further submitted that there are certain errors in the petition and thus, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition after laying down challenge to the said order and as well as after rectifying the mistakes. 3.
