The case set up in the FIR in question (as set out by the petitioner in the present petition) is as follows:- “At this time, a statement was made by Harjinder Singh son of Gurbaksh Singh, resident of village Baran (Navi). Anaj Mandi district. Patiala, age about 47 years, mobile number- 62843-83819, police station Anaj Mandi
