The settlement/agreement has also been annexed with the said report, which is duly signed by both the parties as well as their counsel and the mediator concerned. As per the settlement/agreement, the Insurance Company had agreed to pay a sum of Rs.5,50,000/-, over and above the amount already awarded by learned Tribunal. Also, as per clause 5 of the settlement/agreement, the Insurance Company had agreed to hand over the demand draft/cheque to the counsel for the appellants, on or before 90 days from the day of disposal of the appeal.
