(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023’, for quashing of FIR No.129 dated 08.11.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 331(6), 115(2), 351(2), 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Sherpur, District Sangrur, along with all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. The quashing of FIR has been sought on the ground of compromise. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. The case file has also been perused carefully. 3.
