Yesterday on 06.07.2025 at around 9 o'clock I was taking meals on the roof of Gurbhakt's dhani built near the dhani of my father-in-law's field. At the same time I heard the sound of firing from outside the dhani, so I came out of Gurbhakt's dhani and saw that Kaka Singh (applicant) S/o Surat resident of village Bhima, Atma Singh son of Sahab Singh, resident of Jhiri, Kulwinder resident of village Mallari and one unknown person were standing there. Kaka Singh had a lathi in his hand, Atma Singh had a gandasi, Kulwinder had a pistol and another unknown person had a lathi in his hand. At the same time Kaka Singh hit gave a lathi blow on his left leg upon which I raised an alarm and my brother-in- law Ankit also came out of the dhani.
