The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 10.01.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Writ Court in CWP-257-2025, titled as ‘Kulwant Singh Dhillon and others vs. The Tehsildar (Sales), New Secretariat, Haryana’; whereby the writ petition was disposed of with a direction to respondent/competent Authority to decide the application dated 11.11.2021 submitted by the petitioners within a period of 06 months. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent has handed over in Court short reply dated 29.04.2026 filed by way of affidavit of Sh. Manoj Kumar, Tehsildar (Sales), Panipat and submits that in compliance of the Writ Court order dated 10.01.2025 (Annexure P-1), Speaking Order dated 28.04.2026 (Annexure R-1) has been passed by respondent whereby claim of the petitioners has been rejected
