Daily Lok Adalat Bench No.4 511 FAO-1283-2005 (O&M) Kuldip Singh Vs. Randhir Singh and others Present:- None for the appellant. Mr.Lalit Garg, Advocate with Ms.Sonia Sharma, Deputy Manager and Ms.Manvi Verma, Advocate for Mr.Rajneesh Malhotra, Advocate for the respondent- Insurance Company. *** Today also, none is present on behalf of the appellant despite specific notice served upon the counsel for the appellant for today. On the last date of hearing, the following order was passed: “None is present on behalf of the appellant. Same was the position on the last two dates of hearing. Let a specific notice be also issued to the counsel for the appellant stating that in case he fails to appear in person before the Lok Adalat on the next date of hearing, the case/file will be consigned to the record room with liberty to get it revived as and when required.
