By virtue of order dated 29.05.2025, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter was referred to the Mediation and Compilation Centre of this Court and the same has been settled and in pursuance of the compromise arrived at the complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 also stands withdrawn and thus, dispute between the parties is settled.
